What does the Seagate Rescue Plan Cover?The Seagate Rescue Plan provides the Data Recovery Service ("DRS") feature for hard drive failure, viruses, software issues, and other problems that can cause data loss.

(2)Send your device to Seagate Recovery ServicesOnce your claim is submitted, you will be emailed a shipping label. Please print the label and use it to send your device to Seagate Recovery Services.
(3) Receive Case Status UpdatesWhile Seagate Recovery Services works on your case, you will be sent regular email status updates. You can also sign up to receive the status updates via SMS texts or log in our online case tracker at Seagate.com/srstracker
